ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience designing, creating, and executing strategic digital marketing programs to support the expansion of our direct-to-consumer business at The SpringHill Company. This role requires an in-depth understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies to achieve aggressive business objectives within our dynamic products business. You love data, and have strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices across a variety of channels including SEM methodologies, along with tactical execution and experience increasing conversion rates and KPIs for PPC, Email, Social Advertising, and Shopping Feeds. Your passion for customer retention and user acquisition drives you to consistently employ a growth mindset while maintaining channel environment balance. You are thoughtful and love collaborating both internally and externally to ensure our product experiences are present across the digital landscape where our customers can find them.
REPORTS TO:
GM/VP, Commerce
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans, including SEM, email marketing, social media, paid media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build, and maintain our presence across all commerce digital channels
• Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing strategy across a variety of ad platforms both in-house and externally through agencies
• Leadership and execution of paid search, social advertising, and shopping feed campaigns, including Meta, Google PPC, Amazon PPC, TikTok, and marketplaces.
• Monitoring campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) and/or cost-per-acquisition (CPA), while suggesting and executing ongoing optimization strategies to hit and exceed assigned KPIs
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends & insights, optimizing spend and performance based on learnings
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience and landing page conversion
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results across paid media
• Manage digital vendor relationships, acting as a resource for industry data and trends
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital channel reports & insights against KPIs
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Working knowledge of ad-serving tools and relevant platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Passion for eCommerce and ongoing learning with a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and how media buying fits into the larger picture of digital marketing
• Excellent organization, tactical, analytical/data management, Excel, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Collaboration software like Asana, Wrike, Jira, Basecamp, and Monday is a plus.

$66,000 - $80,000 a year
