Part Time Job
Core Duties:
*Data Hygiene: Maintain and update all records of giving in DonorView past and present. Correct duplications of records, update physical address records with lists from the mail house and mail that is returned to the office. Add Vendini records to DonorView within a week after show is complete. Update and create segmented lists and Categories as needed. Create reports that present helpful insights about our database.
*Manage Thank You letters and Membership Upgrades: Respond to donations with appropriate letters and within 5 days and record acknowledgements in CRM.
*Manage teacher, student, veteran alumni data and do follow-ups as directed.
*Research and report on potential donors prior to events.
*Manage invitation list and RSVPs to special fundraising events and gala.
*Board Meeting Support: Manage scheduling, invitations, RSVPs of board members.
*Assist with other mailings and calls. May require going to the post office or calling complete strangers.
*Manage tracking and creation of surveys after events, programs and donor interaction. Create reports on survey information and present to staff and board
*Assist in tracking free Veterans tickets for summer show
*Possibly assist with weekend events either with ticketing or concessions.
*Other administrative and education department responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Requirements
*Willingness and demonstrated skill at learning digital systems, managing databases, and working with Excel are required
*Experience with Google docs, email, social media, ticketing, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Adobe, Canva, or some other design product are helpful.
*Associate takes direction from various staff members on projects as well as manage certain projects on their own with little or no oversight.
*Good time management, communication, flexibility, and negotiating skills are essential for working through priorities as they change.
*Copy editing, writing and communication skills are a plus.
*Person who is dedicated to organizing things and keeping projects on schedule.
*Background in theatre and some knowledge of fundraising
