Music Supervision & Clearance company seeks a bright, organized, multi-tasker to join our team. Must be able to handle Word/Pages, Excel/Numbers, Keynote, Google Drive, answering phone and day-to-day assistance (travel arrangements, ad updates, etc) for two individuals. Assist with the preparation of synch projects, copyright research, follow-up pending synch quotes and some publishing administration. Social media skills a plus.
We like spirited, energetic, self-motivated people with strong written and oral skills, and the ability to prioritize jobs. Attention to detail and accuracy is very important. Ability to research information and collect data as needed is also part of the job. Prior experience in media clearance or music business a plus.
Ability to work independently yet with a team. .
No task is too small, like filing or organizing CDs.
Contribute to an established, reputable business with a new quickly growing start-up division.

This position is a contractor position (15-30/hrs week) for 3 months moving into a full-time in-house role.
