Digital music executive seeks a bright, organized, multi-tasking associate to interface with clients and assist on projects on an on-going basis. Executive manages a music licensing & content company with multiple projects happening at different stages. Associate is needed to provide day-to-day assistance from answering phones to organizing projects to assisting with budgeting events to general web research. Any background in copyright research or licensing a plus.
Must know Word/Pages, Excel, Keynote, Google programs, and be Mac savvy. Social media skills a plus.
We aim to find a spirited, energetic, self-motivated person with strong written and oral skills, along with the ability to prioritize jobs. Attention to detail and accuracy is very important. Ability to research information and collect data as needed is also part of the job.
No task is too small, like filing, doing errands, or organizing CDs.
You will be contributing to an established, reputable business with a new quickly growing start-up division of which you could be a part and grow within it.
