The Revels Group / Coup D'Etat Music
Los Angeles-based Coordinator to oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, A&R administration and scheduling across our artist, producer, songwriter, engineer and creative management roster.
Responsibilities
In collaboration with the existing team you will be responsible for:
Spearheading all client and A&R administration operations
Session outreach and scheduling/reminders
Managing client and studio calendars
Invoicing and royalty / PRO administration and follow-ups
Performance tracking
Managing and contributing to company and client social media when necessary
EA type-tasks including scheduling calls for team members and note-taking
A&R research and outreach for roster including label, publisher and sync relations and meetings
Attending studio sessions with clients
Maintaining Schedule A spreadsheets for clients
Pitching and tracking client demos, beat packs, etc.
Requirements
Have a strong interest and passion for our roster, work and company culture.
You are a self-starter with a strong work ethic, extreme organization and attention to detail, even in a busy and active work environment.
You are fully dedicated to your clients, their success and sourcing new opportunities for them and the company.
A strong personal and professional network across multiple genres.
At least one year of working at a management company, publisher or label is preferred
You have experience working as part of a team and managing multiple projects and clients at once
Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, including traveling at short notice and working flexible hours.
Top-notch people and communication skills
Knowledge of what's current and excited about pursuing a long term career in the music industry
Ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently and always be willing to take feedback and develop ways to become more efficient
Familiarity creating spreadsheets, invoices, and working within G Suite Programs
Must have a flexible class schedule if you are currently still in school
