The Refinery is an award-winning entertainment advertising agency located in Sherman Oaks. We work with all of the major studios producing creative digital, A/V and print campaigns for theatrical properties and television/streaming content.

A Post Production Coordinator to work with our busy Post Production team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 year's experience coordinating editorial, graphics, music, audio (VO) and video (VFX) to meet tight deadlines and expectations of clients
• Exceptional and concise communication skills to employ as an effective liaison between creative, assistant editorial/finishing teams, and clients
• Ability to successfully work with staff to ingest assets, pull selects, and deliver accurate assets to clients within timeframe required
• Advanced understanding of file formats and intermediate understanding of Premiere Pro and/or AVID
This position is full-time and onsite. Potential for swing shift in this position. Competitive salary with full benefit package (i.e., health insurance, paid time off, matched 401k) is offered.
