Full Time Job
We are looking for a junior to mid-level Community Manager who is passionate and self-motivated to coordinate the social media activities for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day scheduling and posting across key social media channels
• Engage with online community to ensure timely responses in a way that is consistent with the project/brand
• Assist in the design and implement of programs to encourage engagement and community growth
• Monitor social media trends, tools and new technologies
Qualifications:
• Previous experience managing social media communities on all applicable platforms
• Proven track record of excellent customer service skills, regardless of client demands
• Prefer BA/BS in Marketing or relevant field
• Strong desire to apply non-industry experience to entertainment
• Ability to ideate potential creative content is a bonus
