Video Analysis and Charting Associate – Player Development
Job Description:
The Oklahoma City Thunder, an elite NBA franchise, is looking for a Video Analysis and Charting Associate to join the Player Development team. This part-time, remote role is critical in analyzing game and practice footage to generate insights that influence team strategy and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate regularly with the Director of Player Development to align on priorities.
• Analyze and chart game and practice video.
• Generate complex datasets for research and analysis.
• Communicate findings and develop impactful reports and presentations.
• Collaborate on new research opportunities across functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Strong passion for basketball and sports.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Experience with video analysis platforms such as Hudl or Sportscode is a plus.
