Prize Fulfillment Coordinator

The Price is Right is seeking a Prize Fulfillment Coordinator to join our prize team. Must be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, highly-organized and comfortable working on a fast-paced/high-volume production. Juggling priorities is a must.

Responsibilities include:
* Sign-out winning contestants after show tapings.
* Provide email and phone support for contestants. Promptly resolve any prize fulfillment issues.
* After every show, create and send check requests, purchase orders, internal warehouse releases and vendor notifications for all promoted and purchased prizes.
* Communicate with vendors and partners to confirm delivery of prizes. Track prize fulfillment in Pilotware (show management system).
* Coordinate contestant travel booking with travel agency and hotels.
* Manage web giveaways.

Ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer service or related experience.
