Experienced talent agency assistant needed for a prestigious New York boutique talent agency.
This position will put the right candidate on the fast track to becoming a Junior Agent or a fantastic opportunity to learn the ''biz''.

If you do not have any experience working/Interning at a Talent Agency, you may be accepted to participate in our Internship Program
(8-12 weeks) and once completed, be considered for the Agency Assistant position.
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, dedicated and eager individual who is available to work onsite/remote.
This is a fast-paced environment, so candidate should be able to maintain a calm, professional manner while juggling multiple tasks at once. Candidate should be comfortable working on theatre, film and television projects. The ideal individual will possess exemplary written and oral communication skills, excellent phone manner, and an upbeat ''go getter'' personality.
Candidates must be motivated, extremely detail oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and should have a strong working knowledge of New York Theater and its denizens.
This position, like any talent agency job includes attendance at events, both performances and for the purpose of networking plus staying on top of your projects. This is a fun and challenging environment with excellent opportunities for growth.
-Answering phone calls
-Track client auditions
-Interaction with managers, casting directors and actors via phone, email and in person.
-Submitting actors on Breakdown Express and Casting Networks
-Sending audition notifications to actors
-Collaborating with both actors and casting offices on scheduling
-Recording and organizing contacts, schedules, appointments, and bookings
-Providing input on clients
-Preparing pitches for casting/production offices
-General office organization
-Proficiency with Google
-Be available M-F for PST + EST hours and ''as needed'' virtually on weekends
