A busy entrepreneur is looking for a part-time assistant in the Santa Monica/Malibu area. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule that can accommodate 20+ hours a week and is okay with working remotely and in-office as needed. This role will also sometimes be based in the home, where the assistant will be in charge of managing any activities, staff, and home projects, as well as assisting with party planning, grocery shopping, personal errands, and more. The basic duties are to help maintain the principal's schedule, book travel, manage a high volume of emails, make personal and professional appointments, etc.

The client is looking for a candidate that is extremely organized, experienced in implementing processes that lead to efficiency, and someone who can create a general sense of structure in the home and office space. The ideal candidate would be a strong communicator, trustworthy, and a problem solver. This role is for someone who thrives in a support role and brings a positive attitude into the workplace. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a home renovation, booking heavy travel, strong technology and software skills, and experience negotiating.

The role will start very focused on the home renovation and then once that project is complete it will shift to focus on house management and other business projects that the principal needs. This would be a great role for someone who likes to wear many hats and is interested in a wide range of duties. The principal is looking to hire immediately.

Compensation: $25-$30/hour with a flexible schedule
