POSITION SUMMARY
Will report to the Client Solutions Manager and work in tandem with the Partnership Sales and Client Solutions team on nightly partnership fulfillment, client research, pitch decks and proposals and execution of partnership marketing campaigns. This position will support the department's Senior Vice President and Client Solutions team on duties as requested day-to-day.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient sponsorship and corporate marketing operations.
• Responds to emails and other correspondence.
• Manages calendar, including making travel arrangements.
• Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.
• Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
• Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
• General support for department as required: schedule meetings, note-taking, filing, mailing, copying/scanning, answers and directs phone calls as needed.
Client Solutions
• Work with the partnerships team to pursue active prospects, including client and category research, meeting preparation and assisting with proposal development.
• Implement partner promotions and on-site activation programs: tabling, sampling, car displays, suites and hospitality, kids' instructional clinics, etc.
• Manage recording of partner proof of performance (pictures, video and metrics).
• Assists management and maintenance of daily partnership radio log inventory for the Phillies Radio Network.
• Manage advertising assets in Phillies print publications.
• Coordinate and execute VIP hospitality – batting practice visits, ballpark tours, suite hosting, etc. – in partnership with Corporate Partnerships team.
• Assist with planning and execution of special events including nightly client suite usage and ticketing and non-gameday events.
• All other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus.
• Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality.
• Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
