Staff Accountant

We're seeking a meticulous and driven Staff Accountant to support senior management with accounting operations for our entertainment industry clients. You'll play a key role in day-to-day financial activities, from bookkeeping and budgeting to royalties and audits.
What You'll Do:
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closes
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processing
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• Maintain general ledger accuracy
• Support tour budgeting and cash flow forecasting
• Process payroll and related tax filings
• Assist with tax preparation (quarterly estimates, 1099s, sales tax compliance)
• Analyze royalty and publishing data
• Coordinate audit preparation and documentation
• Help mentor intern-level staff
• Perform administrative tasks and support special projects
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of bookkeeping experience required
• Prior experience working with high-net-worth clients or business management a plus
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Experience with DataFaction/AgilLink, QuickBooks Online, and Xero highly desirable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
• Professional demeanor in client and vendor interactions
Salary/Benefits
$55,000.00
- 65,000.00
per year
