Looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate who is prepared to handle multiple financial management projects and entertainment client accounts simultaneously. Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel as well as excellent verbal and written communication are essential.
A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is required for this position. Furthermore, experience in the entertainment industry is preferred.
Provide and manage financial support for high profile entertainment clients
Prepare and review financial statements for management, tax professionals and corporate reporting
Liaise both directly and indirectly with vendors, clients, and other outside representatives
Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable collection
Handle vendor payments and payroll processing
Prepare and analyze budgets
Present view analysis for musical tours, film, and television projects
