Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous work experience on talk shows or daytime television, experience in a fast-paced environment

Role Summary:
NBCUniversal Entertainment First Run Syndication is seeking a Tape Day Production Assistant/Runner to support day-to-day operations for “The Kelly Clarkson Show.” This is a Run of Show position, approximately 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties such as maintaining files, copying, and scanning.
• Compile and distribute daily paperwork as directed by the Production Coordinator.
• Prepare and submit expenses/receipts as directed by the Production Coordinator.
• Set up and coordinate various meals, craft services, events, and greet guests.
• Make off-lot and on-lot runs to pick up various items for the show.
• Maintain the upkeep and stock of the kitchen, copy room, printers, and faxes throughout the office.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Coordinator.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of television production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Must be willing to work in New York City, NY.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
Desired Characteristics:
• Previous work experience on talk shows or other daytime television.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible, personable, self-starter, with the ability to interface with the creative community and all levels of NBCU staff.
• Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals.
Additional Requirements:
• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
• Compensation: Hourly salary range is $17.00 - $20.00.
