We are seeking two Assistants to support our Managers initially through the following administrative tasks including handling heavy phones and emails, maintaining office and client calendars, generating submissions and appointments, and travel coordination.
An ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in the entertainment industry, office experience, strong organizational skills and be well-versed in theater, television and film.
And over time, the right candidate's responsibilities can grow and expand.
