Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant/PR Coordinator. As an Executive Assistant/PR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the CEO and assist with PR Account Management.

What You'll Be Doing:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Manage schedule of CEO and calendar
Coordinating client agendas and assets
Maintaining google drive folders
Provide general administrative support to the PR team
Draft public relations materials including fact sheets, meeting summaries and agendas, status reports, etc
Help prepare strategies, timelines, reports, and other client-facing collateral utilizing MuckRack and other PR tools
Proactively monitor incoming press coverage for clients, including tracking recent and upcoming placements and clipping
Talent and influencer relations work
Event support and coordination- managing talent itineraries and schedules, interview call sheets, talent escorting at events, managing talent and client media onsite

Qualifications:
MUST live in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve.
