THE IMPACT AGENCY is a strategic marketing and events firm based in New York City and Los Angeles that leverages long-standing talent relationships to amplify word-of-mouth campaigns for film, television, and brands through organic social media engagement, traditional red-carpet events, tastemaker screenings and promotional mailers.

Summary of Position:
The Impact Agency's New York team is seeking freelance support staff to assist with in-person film and television special tastemaker screenings, premieres, and luncheons.

Job Description:
-Assist with set up of Photo Opp, Red Carpet, Theater and After Party
-Spot and escort talent and celebrity guests down the red carpet
-Assist with Will Call/Check-In, distributing tickets, ticket running onsite
-Act as theater usher and assist guests with seating
-Manage After Party guest list/door, talent tables, photo opp

**Job description includes but is not limited to the above.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Zkipster.
-Knowledge of filmmakers, upcoming TV & film releases, and the overall entertainment industry/current events.

Qualifications:
-Available to work evening and weekend events.
-Must arrive promptly for all call times.
-Must provide timely notice if no longer able to support an event.
-Experience in entertainment industry events is a plus.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Superior attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and be proactive.
-Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality/professionalism.

Compensation:
This position is on a project basis and support staff are paid a flat rate fee per event.
