Special Event Freelance Staffer

The Impact Agency is a strategic marketing and events firm based in New York City and Los Angeles that leverages long-standing talent relationships to amplify word-of-mouth campaigns for film, television, and brands through organic social media engagement, traditional red-carpet events, tastemaker screenings and promotional mailers.

Summary of Position:
The Impact Agency's New York team is seeking freelance staffers to assist with in-person film and television screenings, premieres, and luncheons.

Job Description:
Assist The Impact Agency team with set up of Red Carpet, Theater and After Party
Spot and Escort Talent and Celebrity guests down the red carpet
Assist with Will Call, ticket pulls/running
Act as theater usher and assist guests with seating
Manage After Party guest list/door
**Job description includes but is not limited to the above.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Zkipster.
Knowledgeable of filmmakers, upcoming TV & film releases, and the overall entertainment industry/current events.

Qualifications:
Available to work evening and weekend events. Must arrive promptly for all call times.
Experience in entertainment industry events is a plus.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
Superior attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and be proactive.
Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality/professionalism.

Compensation:
This position is on a project basis and staffers are paid a flat rate fee per event.
