Seeking executive assistant to the Head of Production and Development at The Hideaway Entertainment, Judd Payne, who is also the President of a new design and technology venture utilizing Hollywood creatives. He/she will primarily be working for the new start-up, collaborating with established production designers, concept artists, and producers in a fast-paced environment solving design problems throughout the world. However, he/she will be creatively assisting Mr. Payne in his producorial role as well. This position requires a large amount of responsibility including management of contracts, deliverables, expenses, schedule, and travel, as well as creative abilities, including script reading and analysis. Applicants should be tech-savvy (with knowledge of Powerpoint and Keynote), have an extraordinary attention to detail, and contain strong communication skills. Previous assistant experience in the entertainment or design industry is a plus. Room for growth for the right person. Please send resumes to email provided.
