We're ramping up for the release of a feature documentary while developing several new projects. We need someone who can help keep the office, productions, merchandise, files, and day-to-day chaos organized.
This is a true many-hats, hands-on role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how films and commercial projects come together behind the scenes.
What You'll Do:
• Support the day-to-day needs of film and commercial productions
• Manage the fulfillment side of our online sales, including customer communication, packing orders, shipping, and post office runs
• Handle light editing and basic cut adjustments; Adobe Premiere experience is a plus
• Create watermarked screeners and prepare digital materials
• Help manage office supplies, inventory, equipment, and general organization
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, shipping, and production errands
• Prepare materials for shoots, screenings, meetings, and client presentations
• Communicate professionally with vendors, talent, customers, and production partners
• Assist with premieres, screenings, and special events
• Handle local driving and production runs
• Help with basic office upkeep, trash, and cleaning
• Jump in wherever needed to keep projects moving
Who You Are:
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
• Positive, professional, and easy to work with
• Able to juggle multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and improve from mistakes
• A strong communicator with good judgment
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general office software
• Interested in filmmaking, documentaries, production, branded content, or action sports
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Comfortable working around small dogs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Why This Role Is Different:
This is not a corporate desk job. You'll work closely with a small creative team and gain real exposure to documentary production, post-production, merchandise, screenings, development, branded content, and the day-to-day work required to get projects finished and released.
The right person enjoys making things run better, keeping creative people organized, and being part of projects from the inside.
How to Apply:
Send your résumé and a short note explaining why you're a good fit.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Qualified candidates will be contacted directly through an official company email address. We will never contact applicants by text message regarding this position.
