The Gersh Agency, a Talent agency, is seeking a full-time Talent Floater for the Beverly Hills office. The Talent Floater provides a variety of administrative office tasks for the Talent department and covers assistant desks while assistants are away. Talent Floaters have the first opportunity to interview for assistant desks after training is completed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Covering assistant desks when needed
Maintain availability grid and send out submissions for bookings and personal appearances
Rolling calls
Script coverage
Ability to make sound decisions efficiently and effectively using critical thinking and practical approaches
Ad hoc duties for projects as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior time management and multi-tasking skills
Able to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills are paramount
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to make one-year commitment is strongly preferred
