Mailroom Trainee/Floater

The Gersh Agency, a Talent agency, is seeking a full-time Mailroom Trainee/Floater for the Beverly Hills office.

The Mailroom Trainee is responsible for pick up and delivery of mail around the company, running errands and reading scripts. Our ideal candidate should be customer focused, hard-working, able to multitask, organized and reliable.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail
Mail delivery and pickup throughout the company
Receive, sort, and prepare packages for shipment
Process, sort and stage packages for delivery in fast paced environment
Reception desk coverage, answering calls and transferring calls as needed
Running errands
script coverage

Qualifications
College degree required
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to lift and carry packages
Ability to stand on your feet and walk on a regular basis.
