POSITION SUMMARY

The Gersh Agency is seeking a highly motivated self-starter Client Trust Accountant to join our team in Beverly Hills. This role requires meticulous record-keeping and organizational skills as well as an upbeat personality. The department functions from a customer service perspective.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare client payments for processing
• Track and monitor client payments
• Communicate status updates on processed payments to Agents' offices and other client representatives
• Identify outstanding payments and work with Agents' offices to collect
• Ad-hoc projects as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Prior talent agency experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superior time management and multi-tasking skills
• Work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

PAY RATE: $25-30/hour
