How do I hire an Assistant to Partner/Agent? The Gersh Agency is seeking an ambitious experienced Assistant for a Partner in the Talent Department.
Talent Agency Assistant with experience preferred.
Minimum two years of Agency assistant experience required.
A working knowledge of Talent Agency procedures.
Duties include heavy phones, rolling calls, tracking client appointments, script coverage, making submissions, heavy scheduling, etc. Candidates must be extremely detailed, have excellent organizational and computer skills, ability to work well under pressure, and possess a high level of initiative and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, articulate, intelligent and looking to become an agent.
