The Gersh Agency, a talent and literary agency with offices in Beverly Hills and New York, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented assistant for its Beverly Hills office to support an Agent in the Comedy Talent department.
JOB DUTIES:
Administrative support including phone management, project tracking, client scheduling, calendar management, accounting tracking, inputting deal memos, maintaining client materials, sending out appointments, meetings and submissions, etc.
This desk liaises between talent, lit and comedy departments. Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized.
SKILLS & QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
High level of initiative and capable of managing one's time and multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, highly organized, and ability to work well under pressure.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills are paramount
At least one year prior talent agency or management company experience is recommended
Willingness to make a one-year commitment is strongly preferred
