Assistant - Alternative/Digital Packaging

The Gersh Agency is seeking an energetic, motivated assistant for their Alternative Packaging Department. The Alternative department handles everything from unscripted, variety, game show, and online worlds. It specializes in packaging television shows by connecting talent with the show runners and producers that work behind the scenes to help create the concept of a hit show. Assistant will get a bird's eye view into conceptualizing and selling reality shows, scheduling pitch meetings and tracking network programming trends as well as coordinating internal development reports. Daily duties include: heavy phones, rolling calls, tracking client appointments, making submissions, scheduling etc. The ideal candidate is even-keeled, smart, multi-tasking, and attuned to pop culture.
