The Firm LA Model and Talent, a Licensed, Bonded, SAG/AFTRA Franchise Boutique talent agency.
We are seeking experienced Commercial and Theatrical Agents to start immediately!
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE TALENT AGENT OR TALENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. THIS IS A MUST!!

Must have experience working with seasoned clients, development clients, casting offices, production offices and Talent Managers. Would consider someone with an existing client base. Knowledge of packaging a HUGE PLUS!!!
The ideal candidate we seek is an extremely aggressive agent, who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, has the ability to produce a high volume of pitch calls, emails and one who is diligent about breakdowns. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a MUST.
Must be self-motivated, ambitious, brilliant, positive, a real team player, a people person and social.
