Assistant to the President

This is a Full Time Job

We are seeking a fashion-forward, highly organized Assistant to support the President of The Dragonfly Agency, a boutique modeling agency in the heart of Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain professional communications with our agents, clients, and models. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the modeling industry from the ground up, working directly with the President while assisting our New Faces division and booking team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the President's calendar and scheduling
• Support travel arrangements and meeting coordination
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Act as a point of contact between the President and agency's agents, clients, and models
• Help prepare materials for meetings and presentations
• Assist with expense reports and administrative tasks
• Draft correspondence and communications
• Organize files and documents
• Help coordinate events and meetings
• Answer and direct calls, emails, and requests
• Support agency events when required
• Will have the opportunity to learn about talent scouting and development through our New Faces division
• Learn booking procedures and industry standards by assisting our booking team
• Handle various administrative projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of administrative or assistant experience
• Strong interest in fashion, modeling, and current industry trends
• Exceptional eye for detail and aesthetic sensibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Strong sense of style and understanding of fashion photography
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the modeling industry
• Available for occasional evening events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active interest and knowledge of fashion industry
• Understanding of modeling and talent management a plus
• Administrative experience or internship in a professional setting
• Strong visual sensibility and creativity
• Experience with social media platforms
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment
• Must be located in Los Angeles

Work Details:

• Location: Los Angeles, CA (Arts District)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Type: Full-time, Entry-Level Position
• Salary: Based on experience starting at $20/hour
