Full Time Position
Maintain talent contact information, schedules and marketing materials.
Monitor new talent submissions.
Create marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop.
Organize and conduct auditions and print go-sees.
Interact with clients, agents and talent via phone, email and in-person.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fashion, Business Administration-or related field.
Previous knowledge of the talent business with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the model and talent agency setting.
Understanding of digital photography and video filming.
Proficient in Word, Excel and knowledgeable in PhotoShop; along with media production experience.
Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must have the ability to work with clients one-on-one.
Ability to work with the team as a whole in representing the agency's awareness to new clients.
A pro-active thinker with a strong sales acumen.
Team player that can take direction.
Possess exemplary written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and be well-organized.
Use of excellent multi-tasking skills.
Be an effective communicator.
Execute professional phone etiquette.
Be committed to detail.
Encompass fashion and design sensibilities.
