Commission Driven Position - Commission To Be Discussed
The perfect candidate should have a compelling sales personality, be able to reach out and close new business from cold calls and in-bound warm leads.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and meetings
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Develop proposals for new clients
Develop goals for the internal team for business growth and ensuring they are met
New Business Development Manager Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related field
Experience in sales and marketing
Strong Communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive
Proficient in word, excel, Google Docs and Power Point
Comfortable Using a Computer for Various tasks
This is a commissioned position.
