Part Time Unpaid Internship
The Video Production team is looking for interns to work as: editors, screenwriters, cinematographers, directors/producers, sound producers, and animators. You'll be helping produce podcasts for women to raise awareness of common mental health conditions as well as ways to help people with these conditions find acceptance and support.
Unpaid, remote, 30-hr a week for a 12-week term. Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm EST, June 14, 2021 to August 27, 2021. We understand that our interns may be joining us from outside the Eastern Time Zone and will do our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for a healthy lifestyle. This internship can be used for credit if it meets your school's guidelines.
Requirements:
The following education experiences (or working towards these degrees) is preferred. All positions require you to be a hard-working and dedicated college junior, senior, or recent graduate (no more than 6 months - 1 year upon graduation) who is looking to gain valuable work experience. A self-starter and highly motivated to succeed under minimal supervision
Must have:
A GPA above 2.8
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure content aligns with our style guide
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
An ability to show initiative, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
A positive attitude and willingness to work with the team to achieve goals
Editors: A background in either Final Cut, Avid, DaVinci, After Effects or Premiere.
Videographer: With the support of the content production team they will manage pre-production logistics, shoot video, and complete post production, editing, color correcting, and titles/graphics as needed.
Video Production: The video production assistant is responsible for providing all aspects of video production support to include shooting and editing video, graphics creation, live video production, and encoding content for distribution on various communications channels. Excellent computer literacy (Apple products or PC), Excellent interpersonal skills, Knowledge of research using data analytics
Screenwriters: A Film Production degree with a concentration in Screenwriting or a Creative Writing degree
Sound: A Film Production or Sound Engineering degree.
Animators: Computer Animation degree.
