This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
This part time role will be based out of Beverly Hills. The position is not remote or hybrid.
Applicants must have strong attention to detail, knowledge of basic business practices, and excellent oral and written communication.
THE ROLE
This fast-paced role provides critical support to the CEO and leadership team. You'll wear many hats, from managing calendars and streamlining operations to crafting reports and presentations. With an eye for detail and a knack for organization, you'll help us run smoothly and scale efficiently. Be prepared to collaborate with internal and external teams, and even lend a hand to affiliated companies!
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Partnering with the Executive Assistant and CEO/Founder with day to day operational tasks such as business calendaring, schedule internal and external meetings
• Setting up new systems for the company as we to continue to scale
• Types correspondence and reports; drafts correspondence from rough notes
• Research issues and activities
• Assists in the creation of presentations
• Maintains confidential and administrative files
• Assist with receiving, screening, and follow-up communications via phone, email, and mail
• May provide administrative support and assistance with special projects for staff in other companies in CEO's span of control
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Previous experience, schooling course work, or desire to learn about the Music Industry
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Google docs/spreadsheets
• Maintain confidentiality in handling and processing confidential information and data
• Establish, maintain, and foster positive and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
