We're building the ultimate launchpad for breakout artists-and we're looking for hungry, connected, and culture-savvy A&Rs to help us find the next wave of stars.

- ? Role Overview:
As a Commission-Based A&R Rep for Smashes, your mission is to discover, recruit, and onboard new talent-from raw indie gems to buzzing underground voices-and plug them into the Smashes platform.
You'll act as both a talent scout and business builder, earning commission for every artist you bring on board who distributes through our platform or engages with our premium services.

- ? Responsibilities:
Discover and recruit new music artists, creators, and influencers across genres
Build and manage a personal roster of artists under the Smashes ecosystem
Educate artists on the value of Smashes' distribution, monetization, and discovery tools
Serve as the liaison between artists and our internal marketing, distribution, and creative teams
Stay tapped into the latest music and social media trends
Collaborate on strategy to grow Smashes' brand presence within the artist community
