A newly structured company representing Grammy Award Winning and Nominated talent is seeking a new Director, Social + Community. You will be a part of a team that leads the strategy & execution of social, and the company's elements of an artist's marketing campaign, through digital storytelling and audience development - including but not limited to digital promotions, fan acquisition and engagement.
Social + Community Intern Responsibilities:
- Work closely with content team on creative, editorial and sourcing requirements as well as workflow optimization
- Share monthly findings on competitive strategies and social media trends - making ongoing recommendations to improve social media results
- Prepare and deliver presentations on social media campaigns, strategies and recommendations for artists' and product managers and key stakeholders, making appropriate strategic recommendations to deliver ROI-positive outcomes
- Manage post boosting testing / optimization, creative development, and analysis for social campaigns, sharing findings in an ongoing manner with key stakeholders
- Oversee Company's' social channels, managing messaging/marketing and playlist post optimization in both evergreen and project-specific instances
- Build Social Communities and drive conversation around key brand priorities, initiatives, artists and products.
