Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator specializing in vertical content and social media to join our team as a freelance intern working with our roster of artists and influencers. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience working with record labels and exposure to the exciting field of content creation, with the potential for future paid opportunities within our organization.

Responsibilities:

-Create engaging and high-quality vertical content for various platforms, including but not limited to social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and mobile apps.
-Develop innovative ideas for visual storytelling, ensuring the content aligns with the target audience and brand guidelines.
-Collaborate with the team to brainstorm concepts, plan content calendars, and execute content strategies effectively.
-Stay up to date with current trends in vertical content and social media, identifying opportunities for content optimization and growth.
-Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate creative and compelling content ideas.
-Edit and enhance multimedia content using appropriate software/tools, ensuring a consistent and professional visual style.
-Assist in managing and maintaining social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
-Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
-Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers, photographers, and videographers, to create cohesive and impactful content.
-Embrace feedback and actively participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and provide support for various projects.

Requirements:

-Passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media trends.
-Strong proficiency in using social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
-Basic knowledge of multimedia editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar software.
-Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and think outside the box.
-Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
-Basic understanding of analytics and metrics for measuring content performance.
