A newly structured company representing Grammy Award Winning and Nominated talent, brands, products and services is seeking a new Artist Relations intern. We are seeking talented people who are passionate about what they do. Who will create and support relationships with artists in the music community, and to integrate them into initiatives across The Code's services and products.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships with artists, managers, agents, and publicists introducing them to The Code's products and services
-Liaise with product development team on feedback, needs, and suggestions coming from creative community contacts
-Help create and maintain a central database of target/priority artists for The Code. Work with the company's CRM to track progress of the -Artist Relations department
-Provide weekly research reports for key industry metrics, charts, and news items
-Assist Head of Artist Relations with organizational and logistical duties
-Reach out to new and up and coming approved acts to establish relationships
-Assist with special initiatives, activations and promotions for artists via The Code's portfolio of brands.
-Reporting back to the larger team on trends, major news items
-Contribute ideas and propose initiatives for improving The Code's artist relationships
-Attending and reporting back on events/artists in the area
