Purpose
BEN is seeking a customer service driven Staff Accountant to take on Payroll, Travel Management, and other cross-functional accounting support duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail. This position will be responsible for partnering with the HR team to manage headcount and payroll. This role is perfect for a smart, high-energy, team player with a proven track record of exceptional collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Domestic (ADP) and International (SD Worx) Payroll management, processing, posting, analysis, and reporting
• Headcount management and payroll cycle updates
• Travel Management: Concur, TripActions, BofA P-Cards/T-Cards, coding, posting, profile management, and reporting
• AR/AP general support: invoicing, collections, payments, approval chains
• Support Accounting Department with regular general ledger journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis
• Data and order entry
• Customer service
Qualifications
and Skills Required:
• 1-3 years' experience
• BA/BS degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Experience with SAP and ADP highly desired
• Experience with web-based cash management tools preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated, analytical, and proactive
