Full Time Job
Purpose:
The Coordinator for Greenlight will be a key support role for all of Greenlight, including the Rights Clearances and Merchandise Licensing teams. This role will primarily support sales/client development efforts, including researching, prospecting, updating sales decks/materials, pipeline and CRM updates, tracking sales and contracts, and keeping all marketing and sales materials organized and up-to-date via a shared portal.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with creating client PowerPoint presentations and other sales materials.
• Track leads and maintain pitch logs.
• Build licensee lists and keep up-to-date.
• Update and maintain License Expiration Report.
• Enter information into Sugar CRM and ensure it stays up-to-date.
• Create and manage asset library for merchandise and advertising projects.
• Assist with Rights Clearances research, as needed.
• Research new trends in the licensing industry to assist with business development.
• Assist Marketing Team, as needed, especially with providing assets and timely news and information.
• Manage product sample closet.
• Assist in responding to select web inquiries via Greenlight managed websites
• Track client and rights holder payments, as needed.
• Create and submit billing worksheets to finance team for invoice processing; track payments and royalty reports.
• Manage Royalty Zone, Greenlight’s product approval and royalty reporting system, which includes uploading new contracts to system, managing product approvals, and reviewing royalty reports.
• Create, obtain approval, and submit rights holder payment requests.
• Assist with building catalog for Greenlight platform, if/as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Undergraduate Degree
• Ideally, 1 – 2 years of experience in a support-capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software, including Microsoft Office Suits; Knowledge of Photoshop preferred.
• Must be a team player and a quick learner

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
