If so, this may be your dream job. BEN is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to two super cool Executive Vice Presidents. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, creative, and isn’t intimidated by a challenge. We need someone who can support two very busy executives, manage the needs of an office staffed with the best people in the business, and pitch in whenever and wherever needed. If you possess can-do, never give up attitude, we want you. Candidates must be excellent communicators with exceptional follow through.

Responsibilities
• Scheduling and calendar management
• Prioritizing conflicting needs
• Scheduling internal and external meetings (press interviews, panel discussions, conference calls, business meetings, business meals, etc)
• Drafting and editing correspondence
• Updating and maintaining Salesforce CRM
• Travel booking and coordination
• Creating and compiling presentation decks
• Thorough note taking and management of follow up with internal teams
• General administrative support, including expense management
• Having fun at work and helping others do the same
• Ad hoc projects, as assigned
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• 2-3 years of administrative support experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
• Possess professional polish and ability to interface with employees at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage time
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Skilled with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Tech savvy
• Resourceful
