If so, this may be your dream job. BEN is seeking an Account Executive to play an important role on our Client Services team in our New York office. Responsibilities:
• Support client service team with day-to-day account management and new business, including but not limited to:
• Management of client product and assets, including the handling of inventory tracking and shipments
• Help drive pitches, campaigns and projects forward by supporting all execution needs across team and department
• Ownership of all internal and external tracking grids and folders, meeting agendas and recaps
• Provide support on all internal and external presentations for planning and reporting
• Interface with clients, leveraging knowledge of key industry standards and identify solutions for business needs.
• Build relationships with internal teams as well as external vendors, production contacts etc. and provide support and excellent brand representation and white glove service at all times
• Conduct ongoing research on entertainment industry to stay in the know and provide valuable insights for team and clients
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, results analysis and client sizzle reels
• Efficiently and effectively host and run client and production calls and meetings with a level of confidence that ensures client trust
• Support on the development of project plans, strategies, pitches, timelines, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders and meetings
• Work with Account Director to manage projects to meet deadlines and deliver on successful programs
• Proof documents, contracts, briefs, reports, and versions before moving them to the next stage
Qualifications and Skills Required
• 2-4 years of experience required. Entertainment industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with general entertainment knowledge across streaming, film, television, influencer and music
• Self-starter who is eager to learn and to get the job done
• Ability to manage complex and multiple assignments happening at the same time
• Ability to build relationships and earn clients’ trust
• Ability to identify challenges, pivot quickly where needed and provide the necessary solutions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume of details a must
• Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience
• Strong communications skills in person, in writing, and on the phone – with clients, managers & team
• Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
• Ability and willingness to listen and learn from the experience of senior account managers
• Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative
• Willingness to take a “hands-on” approach with respect to client materials and product
• Flexible, committed and punctual
• Able to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment
