Job Overview:
The BGB Studio is a small, fast-paced business with an international community of sophisticated and select clients (actors). We are currently looking for a full-time, hyper-organized manager to be responsible for our CRM, Tech, and Website. Our ideal candidate is proficient with Keap, aka Infusionsoft, or related CRM, eCommerce, Web Design, Project Management, Marketing, and IT, and is a multi-hyphenate, technical expert with at least 2-3 years of relevant or related experience in the various platforms outlined below.
Overall Attributes:
This new member of our team is an accomplished, resourceful, dedicated, and creative self-starter. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Juggling a lot at once is a significant part of this job in collaboration with our small staff. All of our staff members understand and are deeply committed to our values. This has to be more than just a job.
All applicants must be based in LA and able to commit to a salaried position with a minimum of 40 hours/week Mon-Fri, working from home online/on Zoom (right now), and transitioning back to our Studio in North Hollywood when it's safe to return (potentially as soon as early summer 2021). If you are away from LA but intend to return when things open up, explain that in your application. We are looking for someone ready to make a commitment to a long-term relationship with BGB. Starting annual salary is $50,000.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate operations of current systems in place, troubleshooting issues that may arise, and creating new systems when required. Examples of day to day operations include maintaining and building complex Keap/Infusionsoft campaigns, gathering and presenting data via Jotform, Airtable, and Google Data Studio, building weekly email and marketing initiatives, managing invoicing, and ensuring the website is functioning at maximum capacity.
The position requires a razor sharp attention to detail, a focus in critical thinking and creative problem solving. Project management skills and meeting deadlines on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis is crucial.
Skills and Experience Needed:
You'll either need to be proficient at the following or be able top pick it up and execute it extremely quickly.
-Proficiency with Keap Max Classic (FKA Infusionsoft) or other comparable CRM; ideally an in-depth working knowledge of Keap/Infusionsoft specifically, but with dedication it can be learned.
-Google Analytics and Data Studio
-eCommerce
-Wordpress/Web Design experience
-HTML/CSS, keen eye for responsive design
-cPanel
-Jotform
-Spreadsheets and Formulas
-Airtable
-Strong organizational skills
-Intern Project Management
-Ability to multitask
-Understanding of SEO
-UTM Link Building and Tracking
-Google Suite
Bonus Skills (not required but ideal):
Logic Pro X (podcast audio editing)
Graphic Design (Canva)
