Job Title: Production Manager, Game Presentation
Reports To: Director, Game Presentation
Job Summary:
The Baltimore Orioles seek a Production Manager, Game Presentation to elevate the club's in-park experience through entertaining and engaging video content and motion graphics. Reporting to our Director, Game Presentation, this position is expected to see through the entirety of production process, from ideation to edits to final deliverables. Innovation is as necessary as hard skills, as this individual will play a large role in designing new elements and refreshing old favorites, with support and direction from the Creative Content team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create video content for in-park experience such as ceremonies, interactive games, hype pieces, etc.
• Design motion graphics packages for ballpark features, including sponsor tags, headshots, and theme nights
• Provide control room support on gamedays: make quick-turn edits, pull footage, and QA third-party vendor assets
• Collaborate and contribute to content ideation and strategy, both within the Game Presentation team as well as various stakeholders (Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, Social/Digital)
• Assist Video Creative department as shooter/producer for on-camera talent features
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
& Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of video production, game presentation, and/or graphics experience
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Ability to oversee and instruct freelancers and part-time staff to support production goals
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong time management with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and operate under shifting deadlines
• Familiarity with baseline control room software (ClickEffects, Chyron) a plus
• Previous video shooting experience preferred
• Deep understanding and passion for baseball
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on season schedule
