Executive Assistant to President/Co-Founder

The Arlook Group, a boutique management and production company, is looking for an executive assistant for their head manager and president Richard Arlook. Richard manages high-level screenwriters and directors. He also produces both film and television. He has projects in all stages of development. Typical assistant duties apply. Must be dedicated, reliable, and discrete. Desk experience preferred. Interest in lit or talent management preferred, but not necessary.

Looking for someone with a great personality as handling clients/phones is a huge part of the job.

Must be able to start ASAP!!
