PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Aces Foundation is seeking to hire high-energy, motivated sellers, who are reliable, organized, and outgoing to serve on our 50/50 Raffle sales team for the 2026 Las Vegas Aces season. We are looking for sellers to help sell raffle tickets and raise money for the Aces Foundation. This is a seasonal, part-time position.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promote the 50/50 Raffle program to Aces fans and explain how the program works.
• Actively sell, handle, and distribute 50/50 raffle tickets.
• Answer questions that fans may have about the 50/50 raffle program and Aces Foundation.
• Exhibit a positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service to all fans.
• Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to work at least 80% of all Aces home games with various hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to arrive 2-3 hours before the start of each game.
• Must exhibit a positive outlook that values customer service while serving a large fan base.
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
• Should exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for community involvement within the sports industry.
• Should be comfortable with technology (i.e. tablets, printers, card readers).
• Possess strong sales & interpersonal skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Be able to stand for a long period of time.
• Comfortable using a portable card reader and other technology.
• Ability to go up and down the stairs multiple times during a shift.
