About the Role:
The A List is seeking a highly effective, collaborative and friendly Social Media Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a positive impact within the company.
The role is responsible for managing The A List's social media accounts in a thoughtful and progressive way. The person should be an experienced thought leader in the digital space and be able to work across many categories including but not limited to fashion, beauty, tech, health and wellness areas.
Roles + Responsibilities:
-Create unique, attractive, and informative content for all of The A List's social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.)
-Manage copywriting for all of The A List's social media posts across platforms
-Manage content calendar, communicating with all Account Managers to ensure every client launch and special initiative is featured on social media throughout the week/month via Instagram stories + posts with a mix of content including: repurposing celebrity/influencer placements, branded assets for new launches, and original content
-Monitor engagement and decide when is optimal timing to post content
-Manage direct messaging communications in all social media platforms
-Act as a thought-leader in driving growth for the The A List's digital platforms through innovative ideas & process improvements
-Maintain comprehensive understanding of existing social media landscape, including new and innovative tools, platforms, and technologies
-Create case studies and pitch decks for clients on Keynote and Google Slides
-Assist in showroom product pulls for digital influencers
-Provide support on other administrative duties for digital and showroom projects
-2+ years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or related role
-Proficient in positioning businesses on social media platforms
-Knowledge of SEO
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
-Experience with all social media platforms, Keynote, Power Point, Gsuite, and Photoshop
