Intern - Ticket Sales

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

The Ticket Sales Intern provides support to the Ticket Sales staff by assisting with daily office functions and responding to a high-volume of requests and demands on game days. Internship will run from February through September.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Process and fulfill ticket orders
• Work item distribution areas for special event ticket initiatives
• Research and gather data for ticket sales initiatives
• Assist ticket sales department in processing and distribution of tickets
• All other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends, games, and some holidays
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Passion to work in the Sports Industry
• Must be available and willing to work throughout the 2023 Season from February-September
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/down stairs
• The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
• Employee will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees
