Casting - Six Shooters Squad

This is a Full Time Job

The Texas Rangers Six Shooters Squad is an all-female interactive squad that will perform at Texas Rangers baseball home games and home playoff games. Game presentation duties include, but are not limited to, fan interaction, prize giveaways, executing premium ballpark experiences, and performing dance routines. Six Shooters members will perform these tasks live in the stands and on ballpark concourses, and are often shown on the stadium videoboards. The Texas Rangers Six Shooters will also make appearances at season ticket holder events, Texas Rangers Foundation events, corporate sponsor events, and any approved event/appearance that promotes Texas Rangers Baseball, including the Texas Rangers Fan Fest.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to perform activities and interact with fans on camera in front of 40,000 people.
• Prior entertainment experience preferred. Previous experience as a cheerleader, pep squad, or drill team member or some dance classes recommended.
• Individuals must have outstanding communication skills and a positive, energetic personality.
• They must also have stamina and fitness level capable of performing in conditions of summer heat for long periods of time.
• Individuals must be available to work during Rangers home games (March-October), other special events as needed (Fan Fest), and are required to have flexible schedules for weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. 
• Must be reliable, punctual, courteous, and demonstrate good moral character.
• Good listening skills and ability to work with brief instruction required.
• Must also be flexible and able to handle adverse situations with a quick and professional response.
• Applicants must be 18 year of age or older, a resident of the Greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area, and have reliable transportation.
• Applicants must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Knowledge of the game of baseball is preferred. 
• Candidates must provide a current head shot that will become property of the Texas Rangers for identification purposes.
