This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
• Learn and experience all aspects of business operations.
• Involvement is marketing, database, ticketing, and sales support.
• Establish sales strategies and search for prospective business in efforts to support the sales and sponsorship staff.
• Manage prospective and current client information through team CRM system.
• Manage and segment team database for effective marketing strategies.
• Daily use of Ticketmaster Host to manage client accounts.
• Enter in sold accounts (season tickets, group sales, individual game purchases) to Ticketmaster Host.
• Assist in creating and building out teams' home schedule season in Ticketmaster.
• Coordinate individual game and season long ticket promotions.
• Assist with management in the box office during all Legends home games.
• Keep track of and analyze ticket sales and attendance data in efforts to optimize promotions, attendance, and sales.
