DESCRIPTION:
Tennis Channel is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Partnerships team. This position will play a key role in supporting our partnerships group in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is eager to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen our partner relationships and expand Tennis Channel's brand presence. In addition, this role will include some shared responsibilities supporting the Vice President of Communications.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team behind the leading tennis media brand. You'll gain hands-on experience in marketing partnerships while helping to shape and execute high-impact campaigns. This role is based in our office in Santa Monica, CA.
In this role, you will:
• Assist in identifying and researching potential marketing partners aligned with Tennis Channel's audience and brand.
• Support the development of partner proposals, presentations, and customized opportunities.
• Coordinate the creation of partnership recap reports, highlighting performance and key results.
• Manage day-to-day communications with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are met.
• Submit creative requests and manage internal/external review processes, including routing for approvals.
• Track and compile weekly partnership reporting for executive team updates.
• Help organize and maintain project timelines using project management tools (Asana, JIRA, Airtable, etc.).
• Assist in cross-departmental collaboration to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and meet objectives.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Vice President of Marketing & Partnerships and broader marketing team.
Required Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or related field preferred (internships included)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; knowledge of additional presentation tools (Keynote, Google Slides, Canva, etc.) a plus
• Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, JIRA, Airtable, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Passion for sports, entertainment, and media a plus
